Call 839-252-0890 to get your group moving today!

Spartanburg Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) at 2000 GSP Drive, Greer, SC 29651 is the main commercial airport serving the Upstate — about 14 miles from downtown Spartanburg via I-85. GSP is served by American, Delta, United, and Southwest, handling well over two million passengers annually through a single terminal building. For group pickups, have everyone assembled with luggage at the arrivals curb level before calling for the bus, since commercial vehicles are not permitted to idle at the curb.
The official GSP ground transportation page confirms the current curbside pickup zone — review it before you land so the whole group knows exactly where to meet.
One private bus handles airport group transfers that rideshares and taxis cannot cover efficiently for a large group — everyone is together, bags go in the undercarriage instead of being split across multiple trips, and no one is standing on the wrong side of the terminal. For Spartanburg airport transportation, call 839-252-0890 to sort out the details!

Spartanburg Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Hub City’s downtown has developed into a genuine night out — the Main Street and Morgan Square corridor connects craft cocktail bars to live music venues, and a Spartanburg bachelorette party bus rental lets the entire crew cover the circuit without anyone doing the math on who gets everyone back to the hotel. Start around Morgan Square, work east through the Main St bar strip, and keep moving entirely on your own schedule instead of reassembling between rideshares at every address.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus comes with a full-length bar, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound seating — the party is already rolling before the first stop. For groups wanting to push the evening toward Greenville’s West End district about 35 miles down I-85, the bus makes that run comfortably. Spartanburg bachelorette party buses go fast on spring and summer weekends in the Upstate, so call 839-252-0890 and lock in your date before the calendar fills!

Spartanburg Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances a milestone birthday can have. For Sweet 16 and Quinceañera celebrations in Spartanburg, event halls and banquet spaces across the Upstate regularly see groups arriving by bus for big occasions — and you can request specific exterior colors to match your party theme. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 give you the flexibility to match group size and amenity setup to what the event calls for, whether it is a full party bus with LED lighting and a built-in bar or a clean minibus for a smaller group.
For adult milestone birthdays planning a group night through downtown, the party bus keeps everyone together from the first pickup to the last drop-off — no one stuck as the one not drinking so the rest of the group can get home. Use the online quote tool to check availability for your date or call 839-252-0890 for a same-day quote on Spartanburg birthday bus options!

Spartanburg Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium at 385 N. Church St. is the city’s main indoor venue for touring concerts and large events, with a capacity of roughly 3,500. The Church Street corridor into downtown tightens up on show nights — street parking near the auditorium fills fast, the small surface lots adjacent to the building are claimed by early arrivals, and anyone without a spot within a few blocks of the venue is stuck hunting from far away. A Spartanburg concert bus rental drops the group at the main entrance on Church Street and handles the return trip when the show ends, skipping the midnight rideshare queue that forms outside the venue as soon as the encore wraps.
For Upstate shows expected to sell out quickly, the same urgency applies to the bus — popular concert weekends can fill the bus network before the event itself sells through. Call 839-252-0890 as soon as you have tickets to lock in the right vehicle!

Spartanburg Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate transportation in the Spartanburg area has some planning layers that first-timers don’t always account for. The Upstate’s major employers — BMW Manufacturing in Greer, Milliken & Company at 920 Milliken Rd, Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, and a growing corridor of downtown offices — are spread far enough apart that moving a group cleanly between hotels, the meeting venue, and the airport takes real coordination. A Spartanburg corporate event shuttle handles the routing so your team shows up on time instead of navigating a string of unfamiliar roads in rental cars.
The BMW Zentrum Museum at the BMW Plant (1400 Hwy 101 South, Greer, SC 29651) is a popular destination for corporate group tours — one of the largest BMW manufacturing facilities in the world, producing models including the X5, X7, and XM for global markets. Factory tours must be booked in advance through BMW directly. For executive transfers between GSP and downtown meeting venues, a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo handles the 14-mile run cleanly.
Call 839-252-0890 to discuss Spartanburg corporate group rates!

Spartanburg Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a family reunion, church retreat, or milestone group outing in the Spartanburg area? A private Spartanburg charter bus or party bus rental keeps the itinerary moving without splitting the group across multiple vehicles at every stop. Whether the day runs from Cowpens National Battlefield about 25 miles north on I-85 to a group lunch at the Beacon Drive-In (255 John B White Blvd, Spartanburg) to an evening gathering at Chapman Cultural Center, one bus covers the full circuit cleanly.
For larger outings that happen to land on a busy Upstate weekend — a Wofford home game, a downtown festival, or an outdoor event — a charter bus means one predictable flat rate instead of parking fees, surge pricing, and scattered vehicles all wrapping up on different schedules. The bus stages at each stop and returns when your group is ready to move. Call 839-252-0890 to build your Spartanburg private event itinerary!

Spartanburg Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Upstate — running primarily from late April through mid-May — is the single busiest stretch for party bus rentals across Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties. High schools across the Spartanburg metro hold proms within a tight five-to-six-week window, and the local bus network shows it every spring. A typical 6-hour Spartanburg prom bus rental — school pickup, photo stop at a local park or venue, event drop-off, and after-party return — can run $1,500–$2,000 all-inclusive when booked in January but climbs significantly once availability thins out in March and April.
That is example pricing to give you a planning number, not a guaranteed rate.
For prom: book by January or expect to choose from whatever is left. Families who wait until after spring break face a shorter list at higher prices. Call 839-252-0890 now to lock in your prom bus while the best options are still on the table!

Spartanburg School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Columbiapartybuscompany.com makes it fast for teachers and chaperones to get a Spartanburg school field trip sorted out — one form, group size confirmed, and the network finds available vehicles on your date. Whether it is a trip to the Chapman Cultural Center (200 E. St John St, Spartanburg, SC 29306) for a student performance or museum program, a history run out to Cowpens National Battlefield about 25 miles north, or a longer trip down I-26 to the South Carolina State Museum in Columbia, the bus handles pickup and drop-off so teachers stay focused on the students instead of managing carpool logistics.
Charter buses carry undercarriage storage for backpacks and equipment, TVs and DVD players to keep students occupied on longer hauls, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for trips pushing past an hour each way. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — just mention it when requesting a quote. Call 839-252-0890 to get your Spartanburg field trip transportation arranged!

Spartanburg Sporting Event Transportation
Wofford Terriers football draws strong crowds to Gibbs Stadium on the Wofford College campus (429 N. Church St, Spartanburg, SC 29303) every fall in the Southern Conference schedule. Home games in October draw groups that fill campus visitor parking well before kickoff — the Church Street corridor backs up significantly as game time approaches, and finding walkable spots for a full group without paying a surface lot premium takes more luck than planning. A Spartanburg sporting event bus rental drops the group at the campus entrance on N. Church St and handles the postgame return when the crowd is thickest — no scramble for the last open lot on the street.
For groups making the 70-mile run down I-26 to Columbia for Gamecocks football, the Williams-Brice Stadium group transportation guide has the drop-off logistics and game-day timing details. Groups heading 75 miles north on I-85 to Charlotte for Panthers or Hornets games can book through this same network too — call 839-252-0890 to build out your game-day itinerary!

Spartanburg Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Spartanburg wedding shuttle keeps guests on time and together between the hotel block, the ceremony, and the reception without anyone navigating unfamiliar Upstate roads after dark. For receptions at venues set along rural roads outside town — event spaces near Glendale Shoals, estate properties in the rolling hills between Spartanburg and Tryon, NC, or banquet halls tucked off two-lane backroads — guests coming from downtown hotels appreciate a direct shuttle rather than a GPS-directed route they have never driven before in formalwear at 10 PM.
A clean loop from hotel pickup to ceremony drop-off to reception return keeps the timeline tight and the guest list accounted for at every stop. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right vehicle for the wedding party on the day itself, while a 35-passenger minibus handles the guest shuttle circuit across venues. Because Columbiapartybuscompany.com locks in the details early, your wedding transportation works on a schedule, not an improvised arrangement.
Call 839-252-0890 to plan your Spartanburg wedding shuttle today!

Spartanburg Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Spartanburg’s craft beer scene is anchored by RJ Rockers Brewing Company at 226 W. Main St — one of South Carolina’s oldest operating craft breweries, producing in the Hub City since 1997. A Spartanburg winery tour bus rental keeps your whole group together stop by stop through the Hub City’s brewery and bar circuit, with no one stuck as the non-drinker of the evening and no one circling for street parking on W. Main or the Morgan Square blocks between every pour.
For groups wanting to push further into the Upstate brewing and wine scene — toward Thomas Creek Brewery in Greenville about 35 miles down I-85, or into the Blue Ridge foothills for winery day trips — the bus handles the full run comfortably. Everyone rides together, shares every stop, and ends the night back at the hotel instead of coordinating a five-car convoy home. Winery tour and pub crawl groups book fast on fall and spring weekends across the Upstate, so call 839-252-0890 to lock in your date!

What should I know about prom transportation in Spartanburg?
Prom season (late April–May) is the single busiest stretch for Upstate South Carolina party bus bookings. High schools across Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties hold proms within a 5-to-6-week window, and demand spikes fast. Waiting until March or April usually means choosing from what remains at a higher rate. For prom: book by January or expect limited options and higher pricing.
Popular Spartanburg Party Bus Destinations
Spartanburg has a solid mix of group destinations — a major concert hall, a college football stadium, a nationally significant battlefield, an international auto plant, and a downtown craft beer circuit. Here are six of the most popular stops for Spartanburg party bus groups, along with the venue-specific planning details that actually matter when you are organizing a group outing.

Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium
Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium at 385 N. Church St. (864-582-8107) is the city’s primary indoor concert and event venue, with a capacity of roughly 3,500. The building sits at the north end of downtown, and the Church Street corridor fills in quickly on show nights — metered street parking near the auditorium goes fast, the surface lot directly across from the main entrance claims early arrivals, and latecomers are left hunting from far enough away that the walk becomes a real consideration. A bus drops the group at the Church Street entrance and stages in the broader downtown lot network nearby, returning for pickup when the show wraps — no fighting for the 11 PM rideshare queue on Church St. For sold-out touring shows, book the bus when you buy the tickets, not the week before the concert.
Address: 385 N. Church St, Spartanburg, SC 29303 Phone: (864) 582-8107

Gibbs Stadium at Wofford College
Gibbs Stadium on the Wofford College campus (429 N. Church St, Spartanburg, SC 29303) is home to the Terriers, who compete in the Southern Conference at the FCS level and have built one of the strongest programs in that bracket. The stadium holds approximately 13,000 fans, and big home game Saturdays in October draw crowds that fill campus visitor parking before most tailgaters are through their first round. The N. Church St corridor running through campus backs up significantly around kickoff, and the postgame departure is slower still with everyone funneling toward the same handful of exits.
A bus drops the group at the campus entrance and handles the return trip when traffic on Church St is at its worst — the Terriers schedule drops in the spring, so book as soon as your game date is confirmed.
Address: 429 N. Church St, Spartanburg, SC 29303

Chapman Cultural Center
The Chapman Cultural Center at 200 E. St John St, Spartanburg, SC 29306 (864-542-2787) is the Upstate’s central hub for arts programming and events, housing the Spartanburg Art Museum, Spartanburg Little Theatre, and multiple event spaces used regularly for galas, fundraisers, and corporate receptions. On evening event nights, the surface lots in the E. St John St blocks and surrounding downtown area compete with other downtown activity, and the center draws the kind of crowd that does not want to walk four blocks from a distant spot in formal attire. A bus drops guests at the entrance and returns at the close of the event.
For smaller VIP groups attending a reception or gala here, a Sprinter limo handles the transfer cleanly without the overhead of a full-size bus.
Address: 200 E. St John St, Spartanburg, SC 29306 Phone: (864) 542-2787

RJ Rockers Brewing Company & Hub City Nightlife
RJ Rockers Brewing Company at 226 W. Main St (864-585-2299) has been producing craft beer in Spartanburg since 1997, making it one of South Carolina’s oldest operating breweries. The W. Main St block has limited street parking on busy evenings, and the broader Hub City downtown circuit — from RJ Rockers through Morgan Square and into the E. Main St bar strip — draws steady weekend crowds that make parking a constant negotiation between stops. A pub crawl bus covers the full circuit: drop at one venue, work through the next few stops together as a group, and end the night back at the hotel without anyone managing who is getting everyone else home.
A 20- to 30-passenger party bus is the right size for most Hub City pub crawl groups, with a built-in bar and sound system that keeps the energy up between addresses.
Address: 226 W. Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29301 Phone: (864) 585-2299

BMW Zentrum Museum
The BMW Zentrum Museum at the BMW Plant (1400 Hwy 101 South, Greer, SC 29651, 888-868-7269) draws car enthusiasts and corporate tour groups to what is one of the largest BMW manufacturing facilities in the world — producing models including the X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, and XM for global markets. The museum is free and open Tuesday through Saturday; factory tours are available by advance reservation and popular dates book out well ahead. The plant is about 12 miles from downtown Spartanburg via I-85, and the facility lot can accommodate large vehicles for group visits.
For corporate teams combining a BMW tour with a meeting or company event in the Spartanburg area, a charter bus or minibus handles the full day’s routing between the downtown hotel, the plant, and any additional venues in a single coordinated vehicle.
Address: 1400 Hwy 101 South, Greer, SC 29651 Phone: (888) 868-7269

Cowpens National Battlefield
Cowpens National Battlefield (4001 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341, 864-461-2828) is one of the most significant Revolutionary War sites in the country — where American forces defeated British General Tarleton in January 1781 in a battle that shifted the momentum of the Southern Campaign. The park is free, open daily, and covers 842 acres with a visitor center, a 3.8-mile auto road tour, and walking trails through the battlefield grounds. It is a natural fit for school field trips, history organizations, and heritage tour groups out of Spartanburg, about 25 miles north via I-85 to the Chesnee exit.
The visitor center area can accommodate large vehicles; the official NPS plan-your-visit page has current access and parking details, and the park recommends calling ahead to coordinate group arrivals on busy spring and fall weekends.
